I build websites exclusively in WordPress. I specialize in creating fully-customized, bespoke websites without the usage of site builders (such as Divi or Elementor) or pre-made themes. I have experience in building brochure websites, online stores (WooCommerce), online courses (LearnDash, TutorLMS, and Sensei), niche communities (BuddyPress and BBPress), large scale directory websites, and membership-based websites.

I actually do not charge for services, per se. Typically, I work within a client’s budget. Some sites progress faster than other sites, and I generally don’t think it’s fair if I try to put a dollar amount on a project, regardless of how long I think it will take.

However, I do have recommended minimum budgets:

• Minimum recommended budget for a non-ecommerce (brochure, marketing, etc.) WordPress site: $1,000
• Minimum recommended budget for a WooCommerce WordPress site: $1,500
• Minimum recommended budget for a community BuddyPress WordPress site: $1,500
• Minimum recommended budget for a LearnDash/TutorLMS site: $2,000

By practice, I am very selective about the projects that I take on. Nonetheless, I take three things into consideration when bidding on a project. One, the project has to make sense. Two, I have to be sure that I can meet the needs and expectations of the client in regards to their project. Finally, budget I am given for the project must correlate with the client’s wants and needs for their project.

I do not take on the following projects under any circumstances:

• Non-municipal election websites
• Any project that could constitute libel or slander
• Websites that promote conspiracy theories
• Websites that promote any supplements or medications NOT approved by the Food and Drug Administration
• Websites that promote illegal activity
• Websites that publish content with the goal of promoting a political ideology
• Websites that aim to marginalize a group of people
• Religious or anti-religious websites

I do not offer standalone graphic design services. I will offer graphic design services as a complementary service to my standard WordPress web development services on a very limited basis.

However, I have additional professional partners based in the Greater Houston area that do offer standalone graphic design services.

I do not offer copywriting services, personally. However, I have experienced copywriters among my partners that can help write content for your website and social media platforms.

I do not offer social media marketing services, however, I do have experienced social media marketing partners that will be able to assist you in your marketing needs.

While I build WordPress websites that are optimized for search engines, I do not offer services for SEO campaigns. That’s a completely separate service, and I usually refer clients out to my agency partners.

I do not offer standalone pay-per-click (PPC) services. However, I do have partners that may be able to assist you.

I am only available as a referral.

I am not available as an active subcontractor. I ended my availability as an agency subcontractor in 2019.

Unfortunately, the only services I provide at this time is for

• New website builds
• Current website rebuilds
• Maintenance and support of websites that I build or have built in the past 18 months

I do not maintain, fix, update, or provide consultation for websites that were not built by me.
